Feature Friday: April 15

There’s nothing we enjoy more here at Corvette Magazine than to see and hear about your Corvettes!

Send us a picture of your Vette, along with any important specs and we just might feature your prized possession on this page for all to see. If you’re working on a major restoration or upgrade, we want to hear about that, too. The best thing about the Corvette lifestyle is being able to share your passion with others!

Check out this week’s featured Corvettes:

Tom Smith's 1972

Specifications:

  • 1972 Convertible
  • 350 Small Block 415 HP
  • 4 Speed
  • Power Steering
  • Air Conditioned
  • Black Leather Seats

George Boticke's 1984

Background:
Currently sitting at 44k miles. I purchased it from the original owner’s daughter and it has a black exterior with stitched burgundy leather interior.

Joseph Aufieri's 1975

Specifications:

  • L82
  • 4 Speed

Barry Abrahams' 1967

Background:
I’ve owned my ’67 since 1976 & am the 3rd owner. About 12 years ago my wife and I decided that we should rebuild it. This included rebuilding the 427 engine to include solid lifters and 4-bolt mains, Holley Street Avenger carburetor, Hooker headers w/ 4″ side pipes, American Racing Torque Thrust wheels, and was repainted to Silver Pearl by my brother-in-law.

I drive the car and I drive it to a lot of car shows in my area. Sometimes I win a trophy.

Mel's Current & Past Corvettes

Current Corvette:
This my 5th Corvette after 50 years. Just purchased this 2002 convertible silver/black with 69k miles and repaired a few little things so far.

Past Corvettes:

  • 1963 327 300hp
  • 1964 327 365hp
  • 1967 427 400hp
  •  1972 (don’t remember hp)
