The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the National Corvette Restorer’s Society held an annual judging session at Zip Corvette on May 8-9, a pleasantly cool and dry weekend in Virginia. Approximately 30 enthusiasts met at Zip’s corporate campus in Mechanicsville, VA for the private event, which draws beautiful Corvettes from all over the Mid-Atlantic.
This year’s event included technical sessions and judging. The Corvettes being judged were a white 1963 Z06, a classic red 1965, and a blue 1967 big block. Tech sessions included Ops Checks and a school on C3 Vacuum Lines and Canisters.
Lunch was provided by Zip on Saturday. Afterwards, all 3 Corvettes received Top Flight Awards!
