Windsor, Ontario’s Joe Maksoud has owned his “totally non-stock” 1984 Corvette coupe for a little over year. “I’ve dreamed of owning a Corvette since I was a little squirt,” he says, “which wasn’t all that long ago since I’m only 20 now.” Joe has added a ground effects package and rear spoiler, woodgrain dash, chrome door sill plates, and a stereo system with 12-disc CD changer and a pair of 10-inch JL Audio subwoofers. Under the hood sits a swapped-in 327 with an Edelbrock Performer intake manifold and a 750 Holley carb. “Hopefully, I’ll soon be able to add some nice rims to complete the exterior look,” Joe says. “I couldn’t ask for any better, not even in my dreams.”
