I will be storeing my vett for 5 months in 45deg heated storage building.
what else should i do to it prior to puting away ? stable in gas, moth balls
in the interior ? disconect battery ?. this is the first winter i'll storeing
my car. any tips would be helpfull. thanks

1st Disconnect Battery,Cover Interior With Blankets,(If Car Cover Use It)I Did Not!I Put Cardboard In Front Wind Shield (Sun Light)New Anti-Freeze In Radiator + Sealer + Clean Oil Engine!

I Jacked Olds Up Put It On Blocks So Weight Of Car Is Off Springs,Tires Barely Touch Ground,Put Lock In Garage Door Frame!

1974 September I Went Back Tow Olds To CA! I Jump Started Battery-Olds Started Right Up (Has Electric Fuel Pump),i.e.Then I Left 1/2 Tank ESSO (EXXON) Gasoline In Tank-Then Gasoline Was Gasoline...On Same Tires Never Lost Air--I Drove Olds Around For 1 Week Prior Tow It CA...

I Got Stopped By **PA State Trooper,I Pulled Into Gas Station,i.e. He Try Ticket Me-- Olds Has Corvette Bumpers Front,Not Panned! I Show Him My California Drivers License Point License Plates--I Don't Live Here...I Just Came Back Tow Car CA...He Look Dumb Founded Walk Away!

NO SMOG BULLSHIT!

Etal: I Drove All 7 My Corvettes In PA Winter Snows--Corvette 1964 F B In 3 Feet Snow-Had No Choice,i.e. Olds Blew B M Hydro 4 Speed Trans,(40 Degree Below Temps)Tail Shaft Broke Off!?
