My 2003 50th Annv. Corvette Electronic Heater & A/C control assembly display fads in and out and also will not display at times. I figure it may be a lose sodder so I open up the unit and found nothing lose or burnt on the IC board? Can these units be repaired...if so who fixes them or do I need to get a new one?

It is hard to say what could be wrong with it, they are known to malfunction so my recomendation would be to get a new one from GM.
