LEFT: After you have cleaned the wheel, use a 3M Scotch Brite Pad #7448 to scuff the wheel before painting.  Make sure you get down around the lug stud holes and the wheel lip.  You do this so that the paint will adhere better to these areas and it will make it less prone to chip off.
