With exactly 315 miles on the odometer and a fresh oil change, the new “Test Mule” made its debut dyno roll with Abbott happily behind the wheel. (Check out the run sheets and video.) With the “Mule” cranking out 348 rear wheel horsepower and 347 lb.ft. of torque, it would be an understatement to say the Zip team is real pleased with GM’s new LS2 platform! But, as the adage goes, if some is good – then more is better, and in that spirit Zip already has a forced induction kit under development and a 4.10 HD differential ready to bolt in.
