Fast-forward to september 23rd ... The day Zip Products team members Walker, Abbott and Jeff Griffin arrived at the National Corvette Museum to take delivery of Zip’s much-anticipated new C6. A personalized welcome placard greeted the trio upon entering, and friendly staff were quick with introductions. The R8C Museum Delivery program kicks off with a personalized tour of the Corvette Assembly plant, and NCM Delivery Team member Curt Adkins guided the Zip delegation on a fascinating trip that allowed for plenty of time to watch craftsmen assemble C6 Corvettes from start to finish. Following the assembly plant tour, the program continues with an equally intriguing guided walk through Corvette history via the museum itself (Zip Products thanks Gary Cockriel and Curt for their warm hospitality throughout Zip’s visit). Every museum delivery concludes with the undisputed high point: your new Corvette on display in the “Corvette Nursery” – patiently awaiting your arrival.
