LEFT: This was Zora Duntov's last Corvette, an '89 model.
BELOW LEFT: Car auction Saturday was for Corvettes only on Saturday. That's Bob and his wife seated below the podium.
The
only thing that kept Bob from these tattoos was his wife, Alice, who he describes
as "a great all-American gal."
His Brat, half eaten and covered with mustard, was turning cold.
Corvettes and Chevys were pouring into the lot around us. People were surrounding
Bobs cart, obviously waiting to pounce on McDorman with greetings and
questions.
Bob was focused on his life and his work with cars. He pointed
to the back of his dealership lot and chattered, "That's me back in those
buildings. Those signs are exactly what I believe in. I mean, I got over a
million dollars in the neon signs.
