maybe the
changes keep us the same. Andy Gottschalk admitted when he was 18, which was
36 years ago, in 1966, he leased his own service station to work his way through
college. In those days, he owned a 65 Pontiac GTO. Musclecars were his
deal, strictly of the GM variety. Corvettes were not his passion in those
days.
But he liked hot cars. About 14 years ago, Gottschalk bought his
first Corvette, an 87 with the expensive B2K option, which everyone
knows produced the Callaway.
After the service station and college, he got into his current
business. At 54, Andy is able to afford what he labels as the "ultimate
musclecar," at least since the engine was bored and stroked to a 427.
