Corvette Racing kicked off its 2002 season on Saturday, march 16, with a sensational win at The 12 Hours of Sebring. Ron Fellows, Johnny O’Connell, and Oliver Gavin battled crippling heat and a gaggle of Saleens, Ferraris, and Vipers enroute to victory in the 50th running of North America’s greatest endurance race.   
    Having already won the GTS class at both Le Mans and the Petite Le Mans, as well as overall honors at Daytona, Sebring remained the one major endurance race Corvette Racing hadn’t won.
    "Finaleeeeeee…we win Sebring!" said an ebullient Fellows as he made his way to the podium. "This race has been like the Bermuda Triangle for us for the past three years, with strange things killing
