Chris didn’t stop with the lowering. He explained, "I added larger and stronger Atco sway bars with polyurethane bushings. The fronts are a quarter-inch bigger than the factory ones. The bigger bars create a stiffer ride but improve the handling around curves."
   Under the hood, Chris explained why he removed the engine covers. "I was wanting to show the engine so people can see what’s going on more. With all those covers you can’t see the engine." He’s referring to the fuel rail covers, with chrome versions popular for dressing up the C5 engine compartments, but none of that here.
