LEFT: This is what the bushing looks like after it has been installed.

BELOW LEFT: Once the bushing is installed, the trailing arm is set aside and its time to set the bearings up. Zip uses a special tool that allows the bearings to slide on and off in order to find the correct shim. You can see that the endplay is being checked to make sure that this is the correct shim for this trailing arm assembly.

BELOW RIGHT: Now it’s time to start putting it all back together. The spindle support is the first piece that is installed, followed by the caliper bracket and then the backing plate.
