LEFT: The trailing arms get the same scrutiny, as does the bearing support and the brake caliper bracket. They are checked to make sure there are no cracks, bent arms, or weakness caused by rust. After everything passes, it all gets painted.

BELOW LEFT: First up in the reassembly is the front trailing arm bushing. As you can see, Zip uses a special tool utilizing a press to flare the sleeve.
