Assembling the Trailing Arm

   In part one of this article, we followed along as the crew at Zip Products disassembled a trailing arm so it could be rebuilt. This time, we are going to see what goes into the rest of the rebuild by following along with the assembly process. We left off with the parts being washed and will pick back up with the next step in this lengthy process. As you will see, there are some special tools that are required for the reassembly that most hobbyist do not have. That is why there are some things on a Corvette that is best left to the experts. Let’s follow along as Zip Products assembles this trailing arm back to it original new condition.
