drivetrain, the bare frame was sent to Paul Newman’s Car Creations in California, where the chassis was converted to accept a more modern 1995 C4 suspension with Z51 sway bars, Bilstein Sport shocks, and special composite mono-leaf springs, which were installed, along with the drivetrain, at Bunjie’s Hot Rod Garage in Brimfield, Massachusetts. Meanwhile, the body was transported to the Corvette Center in Newington, Connecticut for media blasting and refinishing in one-off special mix red paint.
