"The
adjustable twin nitrous system is something we’re proud of," said
Vinci. "The two-stage system features a unique four-line nozzle that’s
much more compact and directional than anything else I’ve seen. It was
designed by NX but we modified it for our purpose, and now we sell it. The
first stage can be adjusted from 50-200 horsepower, and we can do the same
on the second stage. This system has the potential of adding 400 horsepower
to the almost 500 already on tap, but we’re going to be a little cautious
to start with, going for 75 in stage one and 150 in stage two. If we need
more, we have it. This engine and the twin nitrous package could reach 900
rear-wheel horsepower," grinned the veteran drag racer.
