When we last left Steve Fleming, creator and co-owner of Design Specialties (www.designspec.com) with his son, Aaron, he was relocating his company from Florida to Bowling Green, Kentucky, home of the National Corvette Museum and the Corvette Assembly Plant. You may recall his "Smoke & Mirrors" Corvette, an ‘82 model that won a stupendous 250 consecutive first-place awards at various shows.
    Lean back in your chair and take a look at "Smoke & Mirrors II," a C4 so red and reflective as to surpass Fleming’s record-setting ’82 show car. However, this ‘94 convertible will not be given the chance to rack up show car wins. Because Fleming is in the business of selling parts and building special Corvettes, he has decided not to compete against his customers. This "Red & Reflective" Corvette serves as a rolling showpiece for the company’s handiwork and products.
