    Sebring is widely regarded as the most difficult road race in the world, tougher even than the 24-hour races in Daytona or Le Mans. This made it all the more surprising when the new Saleen finished ahead of the more experienced Corvette. Though their spirits were dampened by the Sebring outcome, the professionals from Pratt & Miller and GM Racing knew they had to forge ahead in
