A spring
and retainer upgrade is required to install the Vinci Roller-Rocker kit on
LS6 engines. These springs can also be used on LS1 engines. CM.com

a VHP valvespring and retainer upgrade.
According to Vinci’s DynoJet testing, you can expect
horsepower and torque gains in the 12 horsepower and 15 lb/ft of torque range
for an otherwise stock engine. With a modified powerplant, the package can add
up to 21 horsepower and 28 lb/ft of torque.
VHP's Roller-Rockers package is available and in stock
for LS1 and LS6 engines. Price for the LS1 package without the valve spring
and retainer upgrade is $799. With the valve spring and retainer upgrade (required
for LS6), the price is $1,168.
