Zip Products’ 1984-89 dash clusters are completely rebuilt, with service including disassembly, inspection, all-new power supply boards and interboard connectors, new halogen bulbs, and recalibration to factory specs.

    After disconnecting the battery, remove the 7mm screws that attach the lower plastic shield under the dash. Once the screws are removed, let it hang down against the pedal assembly. Then remove the five screws in the carpet panel - two by the steering column, one at the corner of the dash, and the final two where the hood release is located.
