Open
the air cleaner assembly, remove the old air cleaner element, clean out the
box and install a new element. The engine will breathe much better with clean
air. If you are lucky, the plastic housing and the hand screws that hold the
air cleaner assembly won’t be broken or stripped. Don’t over tighten
the hand screws or they can strip or break.
When
all of the spark plug wires are routed in their looms, snap the wire retainers
on each loom to securely hold the spark plug wire into place.
