Overall,
the car was a good catch. According to Jim, the paint and body work were fresh,
and the 350 Cross-Fire and 700-R4 tranny had just been rebuilt. Ditto for the
exhaust system and brakes. On the downside, the red interior was in poor shape,
complete with holes in the mis-matched carpet. “The whole car was lacking the
detail that most Corvette owners pride themselves in,” says Jim.
