incorporation of hood “nostrils” - from fourth-generation Mustangs, no less - which not only deliver a functional advantage to the air induction system but also contribute to the Corvette’s overall aggressive style without being gaudy. Subtle, yet sinister.
    
Equally menacing is the powerplant underneath. S&G Machine Shop, working in conjunction with Dan Coleman, treated the block to a 0.060 overbore to increase the displacement to 468 cubic inches. The short-block was then dressed with Speed Pro pistons and ported aluminum Edelbrock heads to create a smashing 11.5:1 compression. Complimenting the heads is a Lunati camshaft actuating Harland Sharp roller lifters. Adding to the “huff factor” is an NOS nitrous system. Finally, Hooker Jet-Hot coated headers, Walker race mufflers, and three-inch pipes manage exhaust duties.
