reduce flywheel mass for improved throttle response and acceleration, the VHP
team replaces the multi-weighted flywheel with a newer, single mass-lighted
version in addition to upgrading the clutch package to handle the increased
horsepower and torque.
To
maximize the additional power to the rear wheels, the VHP crew also installs
4.09 rear gears and recalibrates the speedometer to match.
