Many
owners view their vintage Corvettes as an investment. Depending on the year
and pedigree, that view of Corvette as an appreciating investment can be realistic
or it can be folly. Many don’t understand that the restoration of their
Corvette may never appreciate in value beyond their restoration cost. Another
issue to be addressed is many restorers are asking the advice of a few experts
in the Corvette hobby and are receiving varied and sometimes very erroneous
